Warranty Information
At Reece’s Auto Headlining Repairs, we take great pride in the quality of our work. That’s why we offer a 24-month warranty on all headlining replacements. If the headliner material begins to sag or detach within 24 months of your service, we’ll gladly rebook your vehicle and repair the issue at no extra cost.
Warranty Limitations
Please note that plastic components related to the headlining (e.g., sunglasses consoles, FPV clocks, etc.) are not covered under our warranty. These parts can become brittle with age and may crack or break during removal or reinstallation. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to replace any faulty or damaged plastic fittings.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns about the quality of your replacement, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can address and resolve the issue.
Rear Baby Seats – Sedan Models
If your vehicle is a sedan and has rear baby seats installed, we kindly ask that you remove them prior to your booking. (usually only the drivers side rear seats, as passenger side we can generally work around) In many cases, we can assist with removing them, but it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to reinstall them securely and correctly after the job is completed.
Waiting Onsite
Due to insurance obligations and multiple bookings throughout the day, we generally cannot accommodate customers waiting onsite for services that take longer than 1.5 hours. Onsite waiting is only available for quick 20–90 minute exchanges.
If your service is expected to take longer, we kindly ask you to arrange alternate transport (e.g., friend, taxi, Uber) or take advantage of nearby shops and cafes during the wait.
Please note: as we often operate from a residential location, we strive to keep foot traffic and use of facilities (like toilets) to a minimum.
After Job Completion – What to Expect
It’s normal for newly replaced headliners to show slight imperfections such as fabric dents or creases. These usually settle and fade naturally after a few warm days, as the material relaxes and expands.
We also recommend keeping infants and young children out of the vehicle for a few days after service. This allows time for any residual odors from adhesives or materials to dissipate. While we use high-quality, low-toxicity materials, it’s still best to air out the car using open windows, fans, or air conditioning.
Payment Policy
All services must be paid in full before vehicle collection, via Cash or EFTPOS. Please note that EFTPOS payments incur a $5 fee. We also accept bank transfers or Pay ID, though for security, we may request additional information such as your driver’s license number, vehicle VIN, registration details, and address in case of any payment issues.
Respectful Communication
Our goal is to exceed customer expectations, and we truly value respectful interactions. While delays or miscommunications can occasionally happen, aggressive, arrogant, or violent behavior will not be tolerated. We are always open to resolving concerns through calm and respectful dialogue to reach a fair and agreeable outcome.
